The Directors believe that Northcoders’ success to date is due to the successful outcomes it delivers for its students, corporate customers and hiring partners. Organic growth levers for the B2C ‘bootcamp’ division include geographic expansion, increasing student lifetime value, increasing technology training specialisms and new training formats.
